Hello. The packability varies a bit by size, of course. But generally the pouch is about 10"x7"x3" when sealed up. But it compresses much smaller than than and most sizes should fit in most jersey pockets (every jersey pocket dimension can vary a bit, depending manufacturer, size, fabric blend, etc.).
