Hello. The cartridge is 16 grams. The guideline chart that Planet Bike prints on them is as follows:
Road 700c: 120 PSI
Touring 700c: 88 PSI
Cross 700c: 55 PSI
MTB 26": 40 PSI
MTB 29": 30 PSI
