Hello. Most of our customers who are north of 6'2" tend to go with tall-specific sizes. Unless, for example, you have a particularly longer inseam and a more regular torso. But generally at 6'2" I'd suspect tall sizes would be more appropriate for you in jerseys. To give you an idea, Tall 2XL measures about 25" in the front and 31" in the back when measuring from the base of the collar down to the bottom hem. The standard sizes are about 2" shorter.
When it comes to sleeve length, Tall 2XL is about 24.5" from the armpit out to the end of the cuff. The regular size is about 1.5" shorter.
