Hello. This is one of our few imported items so it does run a little smaller than our locally manufactured products. Unfortunately we don't make any one-piece suits above 60 waist but something like our Classic Compression Shorts go up higher. They don't have bib straps or a torso section but if they do not work for you for any reason just get in touch with us at 1-800-783-8326 or cyclewear@aerotechdesigns.com and we'd be happy to offer an exchange or store credit for you if you need to return them.
