Hello. Unfortunately there is not a v-neck option, no. The shirt is very compressive and the 5XL neck hole measures about 18.5" in circumference without being stretched at all, just laying flat on a table. Again, this fabric is very stretchy, but that is what it measures when just laying flat. It definitely stretches past 24" when stretched out by hand.
