Hello. We always include a product-specific size chart with each listing that should be true to form, yes. This jersey style is a casual/relaxed fit (but not baggy or anything like that). It is just a bit more relaxed than a race fit, for example. Sizing usually follows your common t-shirt size, but as long as you follow the size chart by chest measurement you should be good to go. And we can always help with exchanges too, if needed.
