Hello. The tall sizes are 3" longer so the Tall Medium, for example, is 35.5" from the neck gaitor down to the bottom hem in the front (the Regular Medium is 32.5"). That measurement may seem long but it is measuring from the bottom of the heck opening to the bottom hem since there isn't really a seam at the traditional collar line.
