Hello. By the size chart, your chest measurement would line up with size X-Large (42). At that size, the length would be about 27" in the front and 30" in the back (from the base of the collar down to the bottom hem). The sleeve length would be about 34" from the middle of the neck out to the end of the cuff.
This shirt is a compression fit so it is very tight and snug. If you would like a more relaxed or looser fit, you can size up a size or two and each of those measurements will go up by about 1/2"-1".
