Hello. This jacket is water resistant, but not waterproof. It is very light and packable, great for blocking the wind and stashing away in your jersey pocket if not needed.
Our AeroReflective Jacket is our best men's waterproof option. It is windproof, waterproof and has zip off sleeves to convert into a vest, or just to add extra ventilation if you start to warm up too much. It includes a mesh lining as well for wicking moisture. The AeroReflective Jacket is a midweight option so it is heavier than the windbreaker here but it works great Fall through Spring.
