Hello. The fabric is the same as in our men's version (Men's Classic Spandex Tights) but the fit is just a bit different. So I don't think people would be able to tell just based on how they look, no. The color and fabric is the same as the men's but the men's just has a few differences in the fit like a longer inseam, longer rise and less room through the hips.
