Hello. Screen printing on stretchy synthetic fibers is possible, but sublimation printing is the standard approach for custom printing. We do full custom work though here and we'd be happy to help with your project. Our minimum order quantity is just 1 jersey and we do all of the work by hand here in our Pittsburgh office.
