Hello. These are not available in tall sizes but our Pro Compression Shorts are, yes. Depending on what inseam length you're looking for, I'd guess that the tall sizes of the Pro Shorts would be better for you.

Yes, I see High-Performance shorts do not have tall sizes. It appears the pro Compression do not have a drawstring, is that correct?

Hello. The Pro Compression Shorts have an elastic waistband, no drawstring. That is correct.
