Hello. Some customers have used our padded liners for everything from horseback riding to rowing to motorcycle riding, yes. These liners should help and we also make a style called our Elite Liner Shorts that have a thicker pad and a lighter mesh-like fabric, if you're concerned about maximum breathability.
