Hello. We do make most of our gear here in the US, yes. About 80% of our inventory is made here in our office. But a few items are imported and we try to keep these to a minimum. And we always clearly indicate which items are imported.
If it were up to us, everything we make would be made here in our Pittsburgh, PA office but unfortunately that is not possible due to market forces and consumer habits beyond our control. If everyone stopped flooding sites like Amazon, Temu, Alibaba, etc. for items every day perhaps things could swing back in favor of domestic manufacturing. But until shoppers realize the harm that sites like that do to small businesses, we'll continue to be in a tough spot here. It is not our first choice to import items, but with the way the world works we have to import a few items in order to stay competitive and stay in business. We prefer that to going out of business completely.
While we share your frustration with this issue in whole, I think your anger is misplaced and your critique isn't a fair assessment of our business, given the parameters we're forced to work within.
