Hello. We always include a product-specific size chart in each listing that should be true to form. We recommend following that size chart but it is based on your actual waist measurement, which can sometimes vary slightly from your pants/jean size. So just be sure to take an accurate measurement of your actual waist (around your hip pointers, a little bit below your belly button).
