Hello. This is one of our few bib shorts that is not available in tall-specific sizes so at your height maybe something like our Gel Touring or Elite bibs may be a better fit, height-wise. They both use gel chamois pads too and have pockets.
As far as sizes go, we always recommend taking a measurement of your actual waist size, because it may vary slightly from your "jeans size." But if you're in the 32-35 range I would suggest Medium and 36-38 would be Large.
