Hello. They are both designed for long distance riding (and/or just more padding than average) but there are some differences, yes:
Elite
Chamois: 15mm thick at the sit bones (one of our thickest options), gel component for added density
Color options beyond Black
Lightweight nylon/polyester/spandex fabric blend
3M reflective accents
Century
Chamois: 13mm thick at the sit bones, multi-density foam layers
Black only
Medium weight polyester/spandex fabric
