Hello. The sizing should be pretty spot on for most people but if you're truly in between sizes we usually recommend going with the smaller size of the two. You don't want them to be loose at all, which can cause chafing and allow the pad to shift around a bit, which isn't fun.

And some people if they're uncertain will order 2 sizes to compare and return whichever size doesn't fit. But if you're in between usually the smaller of the two sizes is best.
