Hello. This style is kind of in the middle for chamois thickness and density, but options like our Elite, Gel Touring, Century and All Day shorts all have more substantial padding. The Elite chamois pad is the thickest in our product line, while the Gel Touring chamois pad is the densest construction. Everyone is comfortable in different ways, of course, but generally speaking some of these pads are rated up to 8+ hour ride durations. But each listing has very detailed information about each chamois pad too.
