Hello. We recommend hand washing to avoid the chance of the Velcro snagging on other items in the wash. But if you're using a washing machine we recommend closing the Velcro straps and turning it inside out. If you have a garment bag to place it in during wash that will help to keep the Velcro from catching on anything else that could snag.
Then, just air dry them in a well-ventilated area; do not place them in a heated dryer.
