Hello. We always include a product-specific size chart in each listing that should be true to form. And this is based on your actual waist measurement, which may vary slightly from your "jeans size," for example. So if you measure your natural waist (around your hip pointers, just below your belly button) and match up that measurement with the size chart you should be all set.
For example, my jeans size is about 3" smaller than my actual waist so just keep that in mind.
Since we do more of an "American sizing" compared to the overseas stuff like Pearl Izumi, we are typically about a size below Pearl Izumi. So based on that you're probably a Large (36-38) but it will really depend on your actual waist size. And, again, if your jeans size is a 34 your actual waist may be a bit larger.
