Hello. If you fall into two different sizes by the chart for waist and hips, we usually recommend ordering according to the larger size, which would be Medium in your case.
But we can always help with returns and exchanges since we're all proportioned differently. Or some riders will order 2 sizes to compare and return whatever size doesn't fit for a refund.
