Hello. Most of our customers who go with tall sizing are 6'2" and above. But everyone is proportioned differently. Some riders may have a longer-than-average inseam and a standard torso, vice versa, or are tall in all areas.
But another rule of thumb is if you typically get longer inseam pants or find standard fit t-shirts to be a bit shorter than you'd like...chances are you'll be more comfortable in tall sizes here. Or, if you have found regular fit bibs to be too short for you in the past, of course.
