Hello. Everyone is proportioned differently (tall inseam/regular torso, vice versa, etc.) but most riders 6'2" and above go with the tall jersey. If you usually buy tall shirts then that's probably the best fit for you here too.
But, to give you an idea, the sleeve lengths of regular Medium through 5XL range from 34" to 39" (larger sizes have longer sleeves to accommodate the shoulders/arms better). The sleeve lengths of tall Medium through 4XL range from 36.5" to 41".
