Hello. It is not waterproof nor treated with any water-resistant finish. If you get caught in the rain it will repel rain a bit for a little while, but eventually will get wet. The reflective side repels water a little better/for a little longer, but it is not designed as a rain shell; it is more of a thermal/insulating item instead.
If you plan to ride in the rain, I would suggest one of our other rain jackets or water-resistant options instead: Jackets & Vests.
