Hello. Well, in our experience the sizing is pretty accurate as we base the size chart off of the actual patterns that we use to cut the fabric. It is usually pretty spot on. But everyone's body type and preference on fit can vary a bit as well.
If you'll be layering a lot under this, including a bulkier fleece jacket than my guess is that going up one size could be a good option for you. But if you're just planning to wear this as a windbreaker with one or two layers under it than ordering according to the product-specific size chart in the listing would be the best place to start.
