Hello. We recommend ordering according to your actual waist size, which may differ from you jeans size, for example. But if your natural waist is truly in between sizes then it's kind of up to you. Most riders in this situation tend to go with the larger size so that you're not wearing something too small or restrictive. But on the other hand, your body type may lend itself to the smaller size, even if you're just outside of the listed range for waist size.
