Hello. An X-Large is designed for a 42-44 chest measurement and this is a relaxed fit jersey. The larger XX-Large size would leave about 3 inches of extra room in the torso and about 2 inches at the waist beyond your stated chest/waist measurements. Everyone is proportioned differently, of course, but X-Large would probably be the best places to start.
