Hello. Our adult sizes (XS and above) use an adult-sized chamois pad that is a little bigger. But this youth chamois measures about 120mm (4-3/4") wide at the widest spot near the sit bones and it is about 195mm (7-5/8") long. Both measurements were taken to the edges of the padded area, not the edge material where the chamois is stitched to the shorts.
