Hello. Unfortunately we only did tall sizes up to 4XL in this jacket but it is a semi-loose fit to allow for layering underneath. If you would like to order a Tall 4XL to try on we can help you with a prepaid return shipping label if you need to exchange or return it after trying it on (Returns & Exchanges). This jacket was also discontinued so once we run out of them...that'll be it. It's a great jacket though and I wear mine all fall/winter/spring. Give it a shot!
