Hello. The sleeve length varies by size, but in regular sizes, a Small is 36.5" and a 5XL is 46" from the middle of the neck out to the end of the cuff. The tall sizes are about 3" longer.
The sleeves are on the longer side so that you have full coverage of your forearm and wrist, even while leaning forward on the handlebars while riding. We didn't want any skin exposed there or any gap between the end of the cuff and the start of your gloves.
