Hello. This pad is designed to be sewn in to an existing pair of shorts, tights, capris, etc. and we include sewing instructions with each one so that you (or a tailor, alterations shop or seamstress in your area) can place and sew the pad in correctly. But please just let us know if you have any specific questions on that. We do make one called our Removable Pad that is designed to be temporarily worn inside compression shorts or something, if you plan on just using it every once in a while.
